Walk Wild - What We do

At Walk Wild, we provide guided walks and outdoor adventures near London, designed to help people explore nature with confidence and curiosity. Our community of outdoor enthusiasts joins us on expertly led day walks through quiet woodlands and natural landscapes across Surrey, Hertfordshire, Cotswolds, Norfolk, Wales and surrounding areas.

We specialise in navigation training days that teach practical map and compass skills, alongside traditional natural navigation techniques using the sun, weather, plants and terrain. These experiences are designed to build real confidence in the outdoors and deepen your understanding of the landscape.

Our weekend adventures and wild camping experiences take you further into some of the UK’s most beautiful and quieter landscapes, offering immersive outdoor experiences that reconnect you with nature.

At Walk Wild, our mission is simple: to help people explore the wilder side of nature safely, confidently, and with a lasting sense of connection to the outdoors.

Our Core Mission:

• Help others get outside and connect with nature without fear or confusion.
• Help others build confidence & competence outdoors.
• Help others access beautiful landscapes safely and enjoyably with expert guidance.
• Help others turn curiosity about the wild into real, unforgettable experiences.

Our Aim:

To turn hesitation about the outdoors into confident exploration and meaningful connection with nature.
