1 x Rucksack (45L minimum) - 5 available to hire (Male / Female)
1 x Suitable Sleeping Bag (available to hire)
1 x Suitable Tent ( 6 available to Hire )
1 x Sleeping Mat / Pad (Inflatable will be more comfortable and warmer / foam will be lighter but less comfortable)
Hydration system/bottles - Capable of carrying 3 litre min (Think reusable options)
Good pair of waterproof walking boots/shoes (BOOTS WITH ANKLE SUPPORT PREFERABLE)
2 x pair of thin socks (1 worn)
1 x pair of thick socks (1 worn)
Small lightweight equipment dry bags (if bad weather expected) - Think reusable
External Phone Charger and lead
Toothbrush and toothpaste (Think travel size)
Foam Ear Plugs
Spoon / Fork (Think reusable)
Thermal leggings and top (weather depending - personal preference)
Under layers - 1 x Jumper or Fleece
Walking trousers & Waterproof trousers (essential) - If no rain forecast, waterpoofs may not be needed
Lightweight Dehydrated Camping Food - Firepot Outdoor Food - www.firepotfood.com ( 1 x Main Meal / 1 x Light breakfast)
Nuts and snacks to eat on the trail throughout both days
Mug alongside preference of coffee / tea / hot chocolate
Head Torch - (Test before arrival)
Small stash of toilet paper or wipes - Only bring what you think you’d need
Warm jacket (Down or synthetic) to wear around camp in winter/spring
Waterproof jacket (essential) We’ll decide if needed closer the time
Beanie / wooly Hat (Hat will keep you warm in sleeping bag)
Any medical, feminine hygeine or personal supplies to support you - Please make these known to Ian Finch
