• I’d love to do this trip but I’m worried about my fitness and whether i can make 30 miles in two days - It is a long way, but if you never try, you’ll never know what great things you can achieve. I advise to to try and walk a number of longer distances than normal prior to attending. Boots will not be needed as most of the path is either on footpaths, beaches or dunes. Good walking shoes/trail trainers necessary. Mud will be at a minimum (hopefully).
