Walk Wild Terms and Conditions 2025

Walk Wild Cancelation Policies for Day walks, First Aid and Navigation Days are the following:

Walk Booking Cancelled prior to 30 days before event starts:

If you cancel your place on a day walk, first aid or navigation workshop 30 days before the event taking place you will be offered a place on an alternate date, if this is not possible for you to attend, we will refund the full amount within 3-5 business days.

Walk Booking Cancelled within 30 days to the start of the event

If you cancel your place (for any reason) on your event within 30 days to the start of the event you will be allowed to change to a new available date. No refund is available.

Walk Wild Adventure Weekend Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change. To keep our Adventure Weekends viable and to cover commitments we have to make in advance for accommodation, food, camp spots, transport and other arrangements, the following cancellation policy applies to all Walk Wild two and three day adventures.

Please note: ALL deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the trip:

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the trip starts, you can transfer the amount you have paid (either your deposit or the full booking fee) to another Walk Wild adventure weekend, navigation workshop or guided walk.

The transfer must be used within 12 months of your original booking date.

Cancellation 30 days or less before the trip:

If you cancel your booking 30 days or less before the trip starts, your deposit can be transferred to another Walk Wild adventure weekend, navigation workshop or guided walk.

Unfortunately, any additional payment made towards the trip is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Cancellation within 72 hours of the trip:

If you cancel within 72 hours of the trip starting, unfortunately no refund or transfer will be available.

By this stage, we may have already committed to and paid for food, accommodation, transport and other arrangements specifically for your place, and it may no longer be possible to fill your space.

Transfers and the 12-month limit:

If you transfer your booking to another Walk Wild trip, the new booking must be taken within 12 months of your original booking date.

Once 12 months have passed from the original booking date, the booking and any associated payment will expire and no refund or further transfer will be available.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, and where possible, we will always do our best to work with you to find a fair solution and help you make your adventure happen on a future date.

Thank you for understanding that these policies allow us to plan and commit to each adventure with confidence, while keeping our trips fair and sustainable for everyone.
