Starting just 30 minutes from central London at Loughton Station, our 10-mile circular route winds through ancient beech woodlands, along peaceful streams, and into secluded valleys filled with wildlife and natural beauty. This bespoke route takes you deep into the heart of this 6,000-acre forest, home to over 55,000 ancient trees, making it one of the best country walks near London by train.

What do i need to bring: Lunch, snacks, water and suitable outdoor clothing and hiking shoes/boots for forest conditions.

For safety reasons, we do not accept those attending in DM boots or fashion boots, shoes. Hiking footwear only.
