This hands-on, practical course combines learning with adventure. As we explore scenic countryside trails, we’ll pause at key points along the hike to discuss and practice essential first aid techniques, giving you the chance to become confident with your own safety kit in a fun and low-pressure environment.
By the end of the day, you’ll feel more prepared for outdoor challenges and have the introductory knowledge to manage situations safely when exploring the great outdoors.

Walking Difficulty level: Intermediate - Walk will be paced at 5km per hour
What do i need to bring: First Aid kit, lunch, snacks, water and suitable outdoor clothing and hiking shoes/boots for forest conditions.
