IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS WORKSHOP

  1. This October workshop is complimentary to attend and is limited to just 8 spaces.

  2. Photography & filming: We’ll be taking some photographs and filming during the workshop for Walk Wild’s promotional material for our Spring 2027 launch. You may appear in the foreground / background of some images or footage, rather than being the main focus. Please feel free to sign up if you’re happy with those terms.

What we'll explore:

Warm up & play with watercolour
Experiment with water and pigment, layering, colour mixing and using negative space.

Look closer at nature
Explore the shapes and forms around us, leaves, seedheads or trees, and discover how much detail we really need.

Simplify the landscape
Learn how to look at a busy landscape without feeling overwhelmed, breaking it down into simple shapes, values and areas of contrast.

Bring it all together
Use what you’ve discovered to create a more developed landscape piece inspired by the places we’ve walked through
